CHARGES WERE DROPPED AGAINST MAN WHO'S SUING BUSH
San Francisco area attorney Stanley Hilton, the man who this week sued President Bush and other officials for "'allowing" September 11th terror strikes to happen, was cleared of abusing his 80-year old Alzheimer's-impaired mother in 1995.
Hilton was charged with felony charges of elder abuse, the SAN FRANCISCO CHRONICLE reported.
"All charges were dismissed," Hilton tells the DRUDGE REPORT. "In fact, a judge found that the cops violated my constitutional rights by breaking into my office."
"At the time, I was representing an unpopular San Francisco cop who sued the police, and these cops attempted to concoct false allegations against me to discredit me."
Hilton this week filed a controversial $7 billion lawsuit on behalf of a handful of 9/11 attack victims' relatives claiming that America's leaders failed to carry out constitutional duties.

Hilton also named Bush and top members of the administration for failing to carry out their duties to protect the United States.
The suit claims the President 'allowed' September 11th to happen.
The attorney says he is representing several people who lost loved ones on September 11th however, they wish to remain 'anonymous.'
