CLARK DELAY FILING PERSONAL FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE Mon Nov 03 2003 15:24:31 ET Democratic presidential hopeful Wesley Clark has delayed releasing a personal finance discloser, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned, a move which is raising eyebrows in top political circles. MORE October 16, FEC writes to Clark informing him that he needs to file a PFD by October 30. October 27 William Oldaker, Clark's FEC Lawyer writes to FEC asking for a 45 day extension. "Up until October 15, the General and Clark for President...were focused on organizational matters, including the preparation and filing of the Committee's first financial disclosure report to the FEC.� As such, additional time is required to collect the information needed to complete and submit the general's SF-278."
