Rehabilitated MARTHA STEWART has been told she cannot build a barn on her New York City suburbia property. After several revisions and presentations for a planned 4,700 SQ FT barn, MARTHA was told to forget about it at a public hearing last week regarding the matter. "Then where do my goats and chickens go?" Martha asked. The Bedford Planning Board expressed reservations about Martha's farm equipment destroying the peace. "How busy is it going to be there?" asked one board member.
